Use on a daily basis when taking your shower, or in your bath. Pour the equivalent of a cap in the bath.
Water temperature:
*Cool to tepid : to improve the tonus of tired legs
* Warm, but without excess, for a relaxing effect after exercise
Avoid contact with the eyes
Do not swallow.
